In keeping with that concept emerges the Sierpe del Pacifico “river concierge” service. While not a true concierge in the traditional sense, this service will provide all the means and amenities to keep your enjoyment of the community easy and hassle free, as well as serving to protect your investment.
From a small monthly assessment paid by Sierpe del Pacifico owners, the following services will be provided and actively managed by Sierpe del Pacifico staff: • 24 hour caretaking and security watch by on-site caretakers • Landscaping and maintenance of home site • Weekly home check-ups • Maintenance, upkeep, and improvements to
all Sierpe del Pacifico infrastructure, communal use areas, • Transportation to Sierpe del Pacifico property from town of Sierpe • Transportation to individual home site from Sierpe del Pacifico dock • Storage and maintenance of boat while not in use. Sierpe del Pacifico is a community – one that is actively managed year-round by both owner-operators and local administrators – that offers unparalleled integrity, experience, and economies of scale when it comes to caring for and protecting your investment. It is estimated that monthly assessments for caretaking services at Sierpe del Pacifico will be roughly half of what one would expect to pay for a private caretaker. When the low cost of maintaining the property are combined with the low property taxes (0.25%), the total annual expense associated with Costa Rican property ownership is a value, comparable to just the real estate tax expense on similar property in the US.
