The Sierpe del Pacifico river cabin is a one bedroom, one bath, full amenity cabin located on home site # 8 of the Sierpe del Pacifico property. Built in Sierpe del Pacifico’s signature refined-rustic style, all support framing, interior framing, interior room paneling, interior trim, exterior trim, and artistic accents are constructed from a variety of exotic hardwoods. Lofted ceiling, expansive windows, spacious decking, and arched room partitions convey a grand sense of internal space, yet provide a unique sense of immersion in the surrounding natural environment.

Creature comforts include solar powered electricity, hot water shower, refrigerator/freezer, ceramic floor and island seating for six. The deck off the main living space is comfortably furnished with both rocker and lounge chairs, includes a breakfast nook, gas grill and offers an amazing view. The grounds surrounding the river cabin are landscaped with a manicured lawn, variety of tropical flowers, ornamental plants and edibles, as well as a paved pathway entrance with a stone retaining wall. For safety and comfort all walkways and yard perimeters are lit with solar powered LED accent lights during the night-time hours.

The Sierpe del Pacifico river cabin is the most well situated of the valley view home sites and has beautiful views of sunsets and sunrises.
